UNDERTAKING

1. That we are availing the services of M/s D-CORE TECHNOLOGIES Chennai, for sending text messages (SMS Service) to our customers/clients/patrons/constituents etc. from time to time.
2. That we are fully aware of the directives and guidelines issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India(TRAI) Governing the sending of unsolicited messages through telecom resources.
3. That we undertake not to use the SMS service provided by D-CORE TECHNOLOGIES.
   1. To send content to another person that may be viewed as unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
   2. To intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including , but not limited to , regulations issued by TRAI and /or any other Govt. authority;
   3. To send content to any person who is not our registered customer
4. That we undertake to bear full responsibility for any penalty arising on account of violation of the directives/guidelines issued by TRAI and shall fully indemnify M/s DCORE TECHNOLOGIES for any penalty levied on our user id “ DCORE TECHNOLOGIES ” and all accounts(sub accounts) created under the same.
